| Site Occupancy: Only ONE (1) RV or Tent is allowed per Campsite (RV/Tent/Primitive). ALL Campsites(RV/Tent/Primitive) allow for a maximum of EIGHT (8) persons per site. Maximum occupancy for cabins in the maximum persons they are rated to sleep. |
| Armbands MUST BE WORN AT ALL TIMES while on campground property for you to enjoy all the amenities and alerts the staff who belongs on the premises. |
| Safety, after dark: In order to insure all our guests safety after dark, please carry a flashlight with you. No bike or scooter riding after dark. |
Pets are welcome, but must be kept on leashes (max. of 6 ft in length) or inside at all times and must not be left unattended. No excessive barking allowed. Pets must be walked by a responsible person to pick up after them immediately.
Pets are not permitted in tents or tent camping areas. Not all cabins are Pet-Friendly cabins, please make sure you book a Pet-Friendly cabin if you require one.
Pets are not allowed in any Lake Ridge RV Resort buildings. We have a 2 pet maximum per RV Site and pets are not permitted when tent camping. They can not be left outside, or on a cabin porch in a Pet-Friendly cabin. Pets not allowed in or near any buildings, bathrooms, pool, hot tub or playground areas. They are prohibited due to health codes. |
| No outside Firewood is permitted on Lake Ridge RV Resort property. Due to the extreme hazard of insect or disease bourne wood it is against Virginia State Law to transport firewood across State and/or County lines. Therefore we do not allow any outside firewood to be brought into the resort by our guests. We do have bundles of insect and disease free firewood available for purchase in the office/store. |
| Trash and Garbage: Please place all garbage in designated dumpsters. Charcoal is to be dumped in the fire ring at your site or cabin. |
| Clotheslines are not permitted. |
| Fireworks and Firearms are prohibited on park property. Includes BB, Airsoft and pellet guns. |
| Adult Supervision For the safety of your children and consideration of all our guests we require that all children under the age of 14 be directly supervised by an adult (18 years or older) while on Lake Ridge RV Resort property. Failure to supervise can cause removal from park without any form of refund. |
| Swimming Pool: No Lifeguard is on Duty. Children under 14 must be supervised by an adult (18 years or older). Anyone behaving in an unsafe or destructive manner will be removed from the pool area. Only bathing suits permitted in pool, no cotton material permitted (ie. cut offs, t-shirts, etc). |
| Smoking is not allowed in any Lake Ridge buildings. This includes all Playground and Swimming Pool areas. |
| Visitors: Your visitors are always welcome at Lake Ridge RV Resort, as long as they register at the Main Office. Registered guests and their visitors are expected to read and adhere to all campground guidelines. Guidelines are presented at time of Check-In. All your visitors must register, pay Day-Use Fees, if applicable, and leave campground by 10 p.m. |
| Recreational Vehicles: No battery operated vehicles nor motor-driven cycles, bikes or scooters are to be driven in the park. No outside golf carts may be brought into the resort. |
| Vehicle Repairs (including oil change, etc.) of vehicles and RV's are not permitted in the park. You may check with the local listings for businesses that provide these services. |
| RV Dump Station is available to dump your gray and black tanks on your RVs. There is a small fee. Please check with the Main Office. |
| Violation of these Guidelines is grounds for ejection from the park WITHOUT refund. |
